Positive: This is a big house with a gorgeous balcony. It has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very kind, pro-active and responsive.
Negative: Just to be mindful that the road to the house is quite narrow and windy, so solid driving skills and fast reaction to approaching cars is a must!
